Cancellations policy - Day Retreats
Refunds offered if:
- the retreat is cancelled
- the retreat is rescheduled
- you can cancel at least 7 day(s) before the day
Cancellations policy - Weekend Retreats
We know that life doesn't always go to plan. If you want to cancel we will give you a full refund up to one month prior to the start of the retreat. If you have to cancel after that, please see our charges below. If you can find someone to take your place, you are welcome to transfer your booking. Please tell us if you do this so we know who to expect and what they would like to eat!
In the event of cancellation, the following applies:
- Any cancellations made more than four weeks in advance of the retreat will be refunded in full
- Cancellations made 21-28 days prior to the retreat are subject to a charge of £25
- Cancellations made 14-21 days from the retreat incur a £50 charge
- Cancellations made 7-14 days from the retreat incur a £90 charge
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the retreat are chargeable at the full retreat price.
Where we can replace cancelled bookings in time for the retreat, we will refund cancellation charges, subject to costs incurred.
